The following proposed changes require attention/discussion:

• Rename package to linux for clarity
• Revise any existing bconds to use (0 | 1) so there is more clarity
• Drop any patches not required or from a previous major version of the kernel unless there is a specific reason that is not covered by a new major version (specification required)
• Arrange patchlists by comment, patch types (security, feature, etc...)
• Drop any third party, out-of-tree drivers, defer to module if upstream still committing
